That's right, folks, I said "Contest", which also means Prizes!

In honour of my band, Headfirst To Heartbreak, having their first song recorded, non-professionally, appearing on Quickstar Production's ([link]) Downtown Metal compilation (and, we were asked to be on it, we didn't look for them, they found us!) volume 6 I am hosting a competition ONLY open to DevArt members to redesign the band's logo!

The logo, which can be seen here [link] on its current form is, by our estimation, pretty cool...but very, very rough and slapped together feeling.

What is required of you is to redesign our logo and either PM me or comment in this journal with the location of the entry posted on DevArt. All entries must have a black background, but, from the winner, we'll also need a high-quality file with a transparent background (like a photoshop file in its entirety) because the logo will be appearing on our first ever T-Shirt.

The entries will be judged by all members of the band and a winner only one winner will be chosen. The winner will receive a copy of Dowtown Metal v.6 and a T-Shirt, in their size, with the logo redesign they created on it.
